Wow. This place is a costume heaven. We went in to buy dance wear for my daughter’s ballet class and I had to promise to bring her back to check out the costumes.We had great service. Thanks to the man that was there, he helped us get the perfect fit for our daughter’s ballet slippers - and he was so good with her! I had stopped in two days earlier to buy a bodysuit and tights, but they recommended I bring my daughter in for the shoe fit. Such honest and fantastic service.If you are looking for dance wear from toddler to adult - they have it! The prices are fair and pretty much on par with what I saw on Amazon - but you also get to try it on and have great service. I was thinking I was going to be sticker shocked when I bought my items but I was pleasantly surprised!They also have TONS of halloween/party costumes. Wigs. Makeup. Masks. The whole shebang.Check this place out for all your party costumes & dancewear.

When I conduct business, I look for integrity, trustworthiness, excellence in product and service, and caring. Theatrix ticked all the boxes.I am a professional Santa and Grinch. I ordered two new custom built Santa outfits at Theatrix. They were upfront with me about the estimated time of delivery, which fortunately met my desired deadline. They sent pics of different fabric samples they found at suppliers. I went in person to Theatrix to make my final fabric selection. They subsequently did an initial fitting of the shell of the costumes, then another fitting and then final adjustments and detailed parts. When doing final adjustments and detailed parts, two seamstresses worked for over 6 hours, well into the evening, to complete the job so I could return that evening to Toronto with my two new outfits. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff was inspirational. I felt like I could trust them at all times. And, the final products have received rave reviews from my annual clients to whom I sent pics, and from family and friends across the country. Thank you everyone for your team effort and diligence. It is only July and you are already on Santa's nice list.

Mel was an amazing feature of a recent birthday party! She was quick to respond to all communications, arrived promptly and was wonderful with the kids. The quality of face painting was fantastic. I would highly recommend her and will book Mel again for future events.

Nzr productions was amazing. We recently hired them for my sons birthday. Everyone was amazed by the LED ROBoT and acrobat performance. The crowd couldn’t stop talking about how cool there act was. Neezar was super friendly and easy to communicate with. They were on time and ready to go. Thank you to the whole team for doing a great job.
